One of the missions that LBCC supports is Missio Dei in Costa Rica. Missionaries and co-founders, Les and Diana Morris are training young men and women for church leadership in the Vaya Leadership Institute.

¡VAYA! is a leadership training institute in Central America, developed by Les and Diana Morris with the full support of Carlos Chacõn, the Director of the Federation of Costa Rican Vineyard Churches, in response to God's calling. The heart of ¡VAYA! is to equip future church leaders by training them in solid Bible Theology, character formation and practical service.
